SHORT DESCRIPTION

Located directly in the centre of the Berlin district "Mitte" and next to the Tränenpalast, the completion of the Spree Dreieck Berlin project took place in record time. The construction and assembly of the over 10,000 m² element double facade was completed efficiently and impressively fast - within only 120 working days. It is worth mentioning the logistical masterpiece achieved, which did not interfere with normal city life or public traffic during the construction period.

Our services

  • Floor plan in the form of two kidneys lying next to each other with curved glass in the outer skin of the double facade and on the ground floor.
  • Filigree glass canopy approx. 50 m² with point-fixed glazing, quasi self-supporting between the two double facade towers.
  • Direct connection to S-Bahn and U-Bahn at the shop front facade of the Passerelle in the basement.
