SHORT DESCRIPTION

A project development of superlatives was created in the heart of North-East London. Together with our partner Berkeley, 7 towers were completed in 3 construction phases within 8 years. Starting with the north-west block in 2013, Feldhaus began work on one of the most diverse projects in the company's history. All 3 construction phases add up to a total façade area of 56,000 m². This demanded an extreme degree of versatility, as every conceivable type of façade was installed. From normal punched windows, ribbon windows or unitized façades to sheet metal cladding, structural glazing or folding systems. Thanks to this degree of flexibility in processing, Feldhaus was able to impress the customer as an "all-in-one" solution. However, the Alucobond pilaster strips on the towers are particularly striking. They extend from the lower entrance area to the top of each tower on the penthouse level.
