London Docks is a St Katharines development in North East London in close proximity to Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks Marina. Planned from Block A to Block G, the development site spans a former railway station site and is intended to be a hub of urban life in the emerging north-east part of the city upon completion. Together with our partner, the Berkeley offshoot St. George, Feldhaus has so far completed 3 of the first 4 construction phases. Already in 2006, the St. George Whraf project was successfully completed together with St. George. Block A & B started in 2015, while Block D followed in 2016. Block B stands out here with its special sheet metal cladding. Block A & D decorate themselves behind exciting precast concrete elements.
