SHORT DESCRIPTION

Two eras meet in the old and new construction of the LVA building in Münster. Art in the new building is just as natural as functionality and environmental awareness. The exposed concrete on the ceilings and a sophisticated window system allow the new building to get by without air conditioning. Two almost 20m high semicircles enclose a large inner courtyard. The curved walls allow the rooms to gently sway. On the outside, the windows shield the building, on the inside, a diverse spatial landscape opens up, in which art is a recurring theme. The rooms are oriented around a glass central axis. This light, constructive round building stands against the massive star from the 60s. The symbiosis of two architectural eras.

Our services

  • Window elements
  • Glass facade
  • Glass roof
  • Ventilated glass cladding
  • Fiber Cement
