The Ipanema residential building, designed by KBNK Architekten in the form of a wave, is part of an extended construction site in the north-east of Hamburg. A total of 18 residential modules with 523 apartments are planned in 3 construction phases. Around one in three apartments will be publicly subsidized. In the first construction phase of the office tower, Feldhaus is supplying a striking ribbon window façade in a special design on 12 floors and a large-scale mullion and transom façade on the first floor. A total of over 1,500 square meters of rental space will be created by 2023.
