The high-quality office and commercial building ONE PLAZA is being realised together with the renowned architects HPP Architekten and Ed. Züblin AG in Düsseldorf. The client, MOMENI, is realising an ultra-modern new building project in a prominent location on Düsseldorf's Kennedydamm, which will add another special architectural feature to Düsseldorf. The new building will be constructed in accordance with green building criteria (LEED Gold is the target) and is to receive Wired Score Platinum certification. Feldhaus is installing an element façade in special construction, 3D sheet metal frames and mullion-transom façades.
