Back in 2001, Feldhaus and Becken Development GmbH were able to impress with the new construction of the Berliner Bogen in Hamburg. Now a new office building with over 10,000 m² of rental space is being built in Düsseldorf. The sustainable building (DGNB & WIREDSCORE) will be completed in 2024 and is located directly next to Düsseldorf's main railway station. Feldhaus is supplying a ribbon window façade in a special design, sheet metal panels and a smaller mullion and transom façade.
