YOUR TASKS

Establishing/expanding and maintaining long-term relationships with existing suppliers and new suppliers
Evaluating and negotiating offers and making recommendations for suitable suppliers, taking into account cost efficiency and deadlines
Proactive search for new potential suppliers and preparation of requests for quotation
Preparation and processing of orders (based on assigned product groups)
Negotiation of orders and price agreements for regional and/or international purchases, always taking into account possible cost savings
Daily work with the ERP software "Dynamics 365 Business Central"
Inspection of delivered goods and services for quality assurance (in conjunction with the logistics department)
Management of supplier relationships in conjunction with purchasing management
