SHORT DESCRIPTION

Als Maschinenbediener richten Sie CNC-gesteuerte Maschinen ein, bedienen und bestücken diese. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung von Terminen und Prozessen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen. Zudem pflegen und warten Sie die CNC-Maschinen, erkennen, analysieren und beheben Maschinenfehler. Ihre Aufgabe umfasst auch die Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotentialen in der Produktion sowie das Einbringen von Ideen und Lösungen.

Your QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical training or experience as a machine/plant operator
  • Technical understanding
  • Being able to read and understand technical drawings
  • Safety and quality awareness
  • Structured way of working and good organization
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience, reliability
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Willingness to work early and late shifts

YOUR TASKS

  • Setting up, operating and equipping CNC-controlled machines
  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines and processes to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain and service CNC machines
  • Detecting, analyzing and rectifying machine faults
  • Recognizing potential for improvement in production and contributing ideas and solutions
