SHORT DESCRIPTION

As a site manager, you will be responsible for the execution & installation of façade services between € 2.5 and 15 million in your construction site team. You will travel at home and abroad and communicate directly with our customers and fitters on the construction site. You will contribute to the company's project success directly at the construction site and have the opportunity to experience various major international cities. Flat hierarchies create additional advantages for you in project management and strengthen a unique cohesion in daily cooperation.
If you are new to the industry or are still training as a technician or master craftsman, we will provide you with intensive support and training.

Your QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of a Master's or Bachelor's degree or diploma program in engineering, facade technology, building construction or equivalent or training as a technician or master craftsman in metal construction
  •  Ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
  •  Commercial and construction law skills
  •  Constructive experience in the field of facades
  •  Knowledge of English
  •  Independent and autonomous team leading
  •  Good IT skills
  •  Initiative and strong teamwork and communication skills

YOUR TASKS

  • Management and supervision of assembly work on our construction sites
  •  Implementation of technical, scheduling and contractual specifications
  •  Compliance with safety and quality standards
  •  Coordination between customer and construction site
  •  Coordination with internal interfaces such as workshop management, work preparation, project management or assembly planning
  •  Keeping the prescribed construction documentation

Sie rei­sen im In- und Aus­land und ste­hen in direk­ter Kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­on mit unse­ren Kun­den und Mon­teu­ren auf der Bau­stel­le. Sie tra­gen direkt am Erstel­lungs­ort zum Pro­jekt­er­folg des Unter­neh­mens bei und haben die Mög­lich­keit ver­schie­de­ne inter­na­tio­na­le Groß­städ­te zu erle­ben. Fla­che Hier­ar­chien schaf­fen Ihnen zusätz­lich Vor­tei­le in der Pro­jekt­ab­wick­lung und stär­ken einen ein­zig­ar­ti­gen Zusam­men­halt in der täg­li­chen Zusam­men­ar­beit.Soll­ten Sie bran­chen­fremd sein oder sich noch in der Tech­ni­ker- oder Meis­ter­aus­bil­dung befin­den, wer­den wir Sie inten­siv unter­stüt­zen und einarbeiten.
