As one of the most important façade companies in Europe, Feldhaus plans, manufactures and installs glass and metal façades for major international projects at its Emsdetten site. The planning and realization of construction projects is a responsible task that demands a high degree of safety, reliability and expertise from all those involved. your qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of business administration, quality management, process management, construction management or equivalent
- Otherwise a degree as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or state-certified business economist with professional experience in the field of process or quality management
- Knowledge of English, at least B2 level
- Independent and responsible teamleading
- Good IT skills
- Initiative, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Optional: Experience in window & façade construction or metal processing
your tasks
- Independent departmental development and establishment of a holistic quality management system
- Management of 1-2 employees
- Implementation of quality standards based on theoretical models
- Coordination & communication between specialist areas and departments
- Development & maintenance of continuous quality reporting
- Development & maintenance of a continuous improvement process
